OBEROR SPLENDOR
A two and a half bed room house for a small family in Mumbai. The house optimises the use of space through functional planning, and space saving strategies. The study room doubles up as a guest bedroom with a murphy bed - which could also open up seamlessly into the living dining space through sliding doors. The spaces are characterised by chickoo finish, mirror kotah stone flooring and oak wood furniture.
